Immediately after completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will be sent to the address you provided when making the purchase. In the confirmation you will also find your individual order number. Make sure that the order number always begins with #Fiorah followed by a sequence of numbers (e.g. #Fiorah10001). Please also check your spam folder if the email does not appear in your inbox.

To ensure quick and smooth shipping, we use standard shipping via DHL, including shipment tracking. All packages are sent directly from our logistics center in Hamburg. The delivery time is usually 2 to 7 working days.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. You can also track the status of your shipment on the DHL website.

If a delivery is unsuccessful on the first attempt, DHL will make another attempt the following day. You may also be able to pick up your package at the nearest post office. DHL will of course inform you of the exact location of the branch.

Attach the curling attachment to create curls or waves with less heat. This attachment uses air to gently envelop your slightly damp hair while drying it. Our styling instructions and videos show you step by step how to get the most out of the curling attachment.

1. Prepare your hair by using light products such as curl serum, curl mousse or a suitable texturizing spray for your hair type.

2. Make sure your hair is 80-90% dry before you start curling.

3. Use high temperature and strong airflow to create curls.

4. Hold each section of hair on the attachment for 10 seconds to allow the heat and air to work.

5. Press the cold button and hold it for another 10 seconds before releasing the curl.

6. Repeat the 10 second heat/10 second cool cycle until hair is completely dry.

7. Twist each curl up to the roots and pin it in place while you style the rest of the hair.

8. Allow the curls to cool completely before releasing them.

9. Gently run your fingers through the cooled curls.

10. Fix each curl with hairspray to secure the style.

2. Make sure your hair is slightly damp (about 80-90% dry) before you start curling.

3. Use high temperature and strong airflow for styling.

4. Hold each section of hair on the attachment for 10 seconds to allow the heat and air to work properly.

5. Press the cold button and hold for 10 seconds before releasing the curl.

6. Repeat the process of 10 seconds of heat and airflow followed by 10 seconds of cold air until your hair is completely dry.

7. Twist each curl up to the roots and pin it in place while you style the rest of your hair.

8. Leave the curls pinned until they cool completely.

9. Allow the curls to cool completely before running your fingers through them.

10. Fix each curl with a spray of hairspray to hold the shape.

Make sure that the sections you separate are all the same size. For example, if you find that 1-inch sections look best on your hair type, make sure that each section you separate is exactly 1-inch wide. Section the sections so that they appear square at the roots. Within the sections, the length of the hair should be as even as possible.

To make changing easier, try these tips:

1. Use smaller sections of hair to make wrapping easier.

2. Test different moisture levels in your hair, as the ideal moisture level can vary depending on your hair type.

3. Hold the strand either closer to the ends or closer to the roots for better hold and control.

4.Make sure the attachment is positioned behind the section of hair so that the ends wrap around the center of the attachment.
