Scope
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders in our online shop, both from consumers and businesses.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a transaction for purposes that cannot be predominantly attributed to a commercial or independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
If entrepreneurs use conflicting or supplementary general terms and conditions, their validity is hereby expressly rejected. They only apply if we agree to them in writing.
Contractual partners, conclusion of contract, correction options
By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. You can initially place the products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your details before submitting the order. The contract is concluded as soon as you click the order button and order the goods in the shopping cart. You will then receive an order confirmation by email.
Contract language, storage of the contract text
The contract language is German. We save the contract text and send you the order data and the general terms and conditions by email. You can view the contract text in your customer account.
Delivery conditions
We ship with DHL to ensure fast and safe delivery. Shipping is free within Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Delivery time within Germany is 3-5 working days, excluding public holidays.
After dispatch you will receive a tracking number.
We also deliver to Packstations. To do this, enter “Packstation” and the Packstation number as the delivery address and enter your postal code in the additional field.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. A tracking number is required for the return shipment to avoid loss of the goods.
Payment options
In our shop we offer the following payment methods:
- Credit card: The charge will be made immediately after ordering.
- PayPal: You must be registered with PayPal. Payment is made after the order has been completed.
- Sofort by Klarna: Payment is made directly from your bank account.
- Google Pay: Registration with Google and activation of Google Pay required.
- Apple Pay: Can only be used with the Safari browser.
- Amazon Pay: Payment is made via your Amazon account.
- Klarna: Purchase on account, direct debit, credit card or installment payment possible, subject to credit check.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the statutory right to cancel. Entrepreneurs are not granted this right.
Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
The following applies to entrepreneurs: Ownership remains reserved until all claims arising from the business relationship have been settled. Resale is permitted in the ordinary course of business, but the claims arising from the resale are assigned to us.
Warranty and guarantees
8.1 The statutory liability for defects applies.

Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution, accessible at this link . We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
